304 Stainless Hex Head Screws & Bolts

Hex head screws and bolts in 304 stainless / A2-70 cover the fully threaded metric line most US buyers label DIN 933 or ISO 4017. Both describe a hex head fastener threaded to the head—what many RFQs call a “hex bolt” even when the catalog lists “hex head screw.” Pisenfasten stocks this family for frames, brackets, guard rails, and general machine builds where wrench access from the sides is easier than a socket drive.

Choose hex heads when the assembly needs standard wrench clearance, higher torque through the flats, or when the drawing explicitly calls DIN 933 / ISO 4017 rather than a socket cap. Do not confuse full-thread ISO 4017 with partial-thread ISO 4014 (DIN 931 shank bolts). Grip length and shear behavior change.
