Shipping & lead times

Orders ship factory-direct from South China. Exact transit depends on destination, quantity, and whether items are stock or production.

Stock vs production

Catalog stock SKUs — typically pack and dispatch within a few business days after payment confirmation.
Production / custom — lead time follows the SKU custom fields or a written quote from sales.

International delivery

We dispatch from South China to global B2B buyers. Catalog and kit USD prices are DDP — import duties are included in the published unit price. Web checkout does not add a separate freight line; standard dispatch is included (free shipping while this promotion is on). Typical transit is 12–20 business days after pack-out. Express or oversize cartons are quoted separately. For a written landed schedule, email sales@pisenfasten.com with destination and quantity.

Packing & docs

Cartons are labeled by SKU/lot. Mill test certificates and compliance docs ship with the lot or via email PDF when requested on the PO. Downloadable catalogs and certificates also live on Downloads.
