Cookies and browser storage

Always on (needed for the site to work):

• Your cart is kept in your browser's local storage so it survives page reloads.
• A sign-in cookie keeps you logged in to your customer account.
• Your cookie choice itself is remembered in local storage.

Only if you accept: Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _ga_*). They show which pages and products buyers view and whether they add to cart, start checkout, or send a quote request. We do not send your name, email, phone, company, address, or quote notes to Google Analytics.

If you refuse, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time: Cookie settings

What you give us

• Quote requests: contact name, company, email, phone, ship-to country, state and postcode, the parts and quantities you ask about, and any notes. With the request we also record the page you sent it from, the referring site, and any campaign (UTM) tags in the link. We use this to prepare and follow up your quote. The form does not accept file uploads.
• Orders: payment is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your card details, email, phone and shipping address; we receive the order, contact and shipping details needed to fulfil it, not your card number.
• Accounts: email and password, so you can see your orders.

Service providers

The site is hosted on Vercel. Quote, order and account records are stored in a Neon database. Payments run through Stripe. Quote notification emails are sent through Resend. Google Analytics runs only with your consent. We do not sell your information.

Your requests

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, email sales@pisenfasten.com. We keep order records as long as needed for fulfilment, returns and accounting.
