Quote-controlled quality system

Heat-to-Lot traceability, defined before production.

A controlled Heat-to-Lot workflow can be provided for production orders when specified in the quotation and purchase order. Label fields, inspection scope, barcode format and document package are confirmed before production or pack-out.

Evidence boundary

This page shows a standard control framework and sample label formats. It is not evidence for a current SKU, production batch, inspection result, shipment or certificate. Actual records exist only after an agreed order is produced and reviewed.

Buyer FAQ

Does every web order include an EN 10204 3.1 certificate?

No. Document availability, test scope and issuing party must be confirmed for the quoted SKU and production lot before the purchase order is accepted.

Are the Heat and Lot numbers shown here real shipment records?

No. SAMPLE-H001 and SAMPLE-L001 are reference data used only to show the label structure and the intended linkage.

Can carton and pallet labels use our item number or barcode?

Yes, subject to artwork, field, barcode, MOQ and setup approval during quotation. The final label is approved before production or pack-out.

When will real production photos be published?

Redacted case photos may be added only after an approved order has completed production and the customer, supplier and batch information are cleared for public use.

RFQ requirement

Define the traceability package before the PO.

Send the SKU or drawing, standard, material, quantity, ship-to country, inspection requirements, required MTC / 3.1 documents, and label or barcode fields. Sales will return the supported scope in the written quote.
