Returns & refunds

Eligible returns

• Unused catalog stock in original packaging, within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be free of installation marks, contamination, or mixed lots.
• Buyer arranges and pays return freight (return shipping is the customer's responsibility).

Not returnable

• Custom / made-to-order or production lots.
• Cut, plated, or otherwise modified parts.
• Opened assortments / kits with missing pieces.
• Orders marked non-returnable on the written quote.

How to start a return

1. Email sales@pisenfasten.com with order number, SKU, quantity, and photos of the unopened packaging.
2. Wait for an RMA / return authorization before shipping anything back.
3. After we receive and inspect the goods, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (merchandise only; outbound shipping is non-refundable unless we shipped the wrong item).

Wrong / damaged shipment

If we shipped the wrong SKU or the carton arrived with transit damage, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange replacement or credit; do not discard packaging until the claim is closed.
